Biz E-Formations provides technology-assisted company formation services, connecting clients with licensed legal and accounting partners. Our services include but are not limited to: • Company formation (LLC, LTD, Corporations) in various jurisdictions • EIN and tax ID application assistance • Registered agent services • Business bank account setup assistance • VPS/RDP server provisioning • Additional business compliance services We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All legal work is performed by our licensed partner firms.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Square). Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Government and state filing fees are additional and vary by jurisdiction. Refund Policy: Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. Government filing fees paid to state/federal agencies are non-refundable. In cases where we are unable to complete your order due to our error, a full refund will be issued.

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information in all applications and forms • Notify us promptly of any changes to your information • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not use our services to form companies for illegal activities • Keep your account credentials confidential • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted and any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.

All content on the Biz E-Formations website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Biz E-Formations Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz E-Formations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, unless you elect small claims court jurisdiction.
